Course overview
At the end of the module, you will be able to:
• Create new contacts by completing contact details, categorizing and saving for future reference
• Import contacts using a named Excel range, applying layout rules, to reduce duplication of information
• View and manage contacts by applying links and shortcuts and navigating using categorized views to investigate the most effective method of filing and retrieving
• Use contacts to create e-mail messages, update contacts folder and insert into Word documents, removing the need to reproduce contact information across applications
