Course overview
At the end of the module, you will be able to:
• Send e-mails using delivery, tracking and voting options to investigate the most effective methods of ensuring quick response
• Apply defaults for message handling, tracking and replies to provide efficient mailbox management
• Use stationery and Vcards to create messages saving time in formatting and adding standard information
• Create folders to manage your mailbox items, deleting/coping where necessary ensuring they are easily located and retrieved
• Search for mailbox items selecting options from the find feature providing a time saving method for locating saved items
• Organise folders by colour coding received messages using different views to display
