This one day course will enable delegates to use FreeHand to produce high quality graphics for print and the web.

Creation Tools
Understanding how the main creation tools work, including regular and irregular shape drawing, ways to select objects, and placing text and images within a page.
Using the pen tool
Adding and deleting points
Creating and modifying shapes
Autotrace and transforming
Freehand inspector
Overview of how points define the ends of paths, corner, curve and connector points
Building and manipulating bezier curves.

Working with text and colour
Understanding how colours are defined for print and for the web
Determining the colour depth of a project
Applying built in text effects and modifying the appearance of standard text
Entering text
Importing text
Alignment and spacing text
Understanding font limitations and anti-aliasing
