Course aim
This course will help delegates complete an effective competency based interview by giving them an understanding of the purpose, structure and content required.

• Identify the difference between Biographical & Competency Based Interviews
• Define and classify competencies
• Question candidates on competencies more effectively
• Used weighted points to aid in the matching process
• Discover and practice new interviewing techniques
• Learn how to deal with ‘difficult’ candidates positively
• Design and develop an effective competency based interview
