Course aim
Effective facilitation helps a team become effective and enables team
members to play to their strengths. The role of a facilitator is to provide
a framework and environment in which the team can adopt a creative and
productive style of working. The skills developed by the facilitator can
be used in many management situations team meetings, discussion
meetings, problem solving groups, interdisciplinary groups and
to obtain feedback from staff.
