Objectives
Ever wondered why the same problems can arise when you recruit people? Contents
Delegates will be sent two questionnaires in advance of the course. One will deal with issues they want to resolve and isolate problems they have experienced in past recruitment campaigns and the second will focus on their Learning Styles.

The outcome of these will provide the basis for designing a course which focuses entirely on what trainees need to learn, delivered in a package that will suit their ideal learning scenarios. Trainees will come away from the course with new answers to old problems and will have engaged in an excellent forum to discuss practical recruitment issues and solutions.
