Course aim
This programme is designed to advance the
manager's skill in inspiring and earning the respect of the team through
an open, honest and encouraging approach. By allowing them to work closely
with their team members to build their confidence and identify development
needs whilst leading by example to enthuse performance based on the business
objectives, monitoring these to ensure they are met and that quality standards
are adhered to.
