Learning outcomes
At the end of the course delegates will be familiar with the layout of the keyboard and able to touch-type. They will also understand the basic principles of document layout.

Who should attend
This course is designed for new keyboard users. No previous keyboard experience is necessary.

Course contents
Learn all of the keys on the keyboard without looking
Obtain a speed of approximately 15-20 words per minute
