Course overview
Dealing with people is one of the biggest challenges at work. This course
takes a look at the art of getting along with people and interacting in
a manner that builds strong and meaningful work relationships.
Useful insight is given into understanding our preferred
style of interacting with others in given situations. By recognising negative
behaviour patterns and changing our approach to others we are able to
build strong supportive relationships and earn respect.

Be able to recognise negative behaviour patterns and triggers
Give examples of how to deal with others in a more productive way

Training style
The delivery of this course maintains a healthy balance of trainer input,
management theory and a variety of practical activities. It will be highly
interactive, encouraging participation and making use of case studies,
exercises, discussions, group activities and self assessments. Practical
and relevant examples will be used as a springboard to help apply knowledge
and understanding to real-life scenarios.
Course materials
Handouts and worksheets are provided to each participant to support topics
covered on the workshop. Certificates of attendance will be presented
to each participant after training has been completed.
