Learning outcomes
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

• Create learning events using the Systematic Approach to Training
• Identify and develop the skills used when training both individuals and groups
• Develop simple case-studies and other practical exercises
• Design and deliver a short training session

Who should attend
This course is designed for those who are new to training and would like to pick up some practical skills. Delegates will be required to design and deliver a short training session (video will be used for this).
