Here at Alpha Training we care about people – our clients and our staff are all treated as individuals.

Alpha training has been formally recognised as an Investor in People organisation. We were first awarded IiP status in 2002, and successfully reviewed twice, in 2005 and January 2009.

Anne Harkness, who founded Alpha Training in 1987, said: "Our business is all about people development.
