Learning outcomes
This course is designed for new users of Outlook 2003. It will give delegates the confidence, knowledge and practical experience to use Outlook to organise and share information on the desktop and communicate with others.

Who should attend?
Delegates should have a good working knowledge of the Windows environment. A half-day overview is available for delegates who have used similar products.

Training style
Informal and participative using a combination of trainer input, discussion and practical exercises. This approach ensures the training meets the needs of both the group and individual participants.
