Learning outcomes
This course will give delegates the knowledge and experience of using
this system in organisations where OWA has been deployed as a main or
secondary/remote-access e-mail client.
Who should attend?
Delegates should have a good working knowledge of the Windows environment.
A half day overview is available for delegates who are already familiar
with Outlook, Outlook Express or similar e-mail client software.
Training style
Informal and participative using a combination of trainer input, discussion
and practical exercises. This approach ensures the training meets the
needs of both the group and individual participants.
