Objectives
At the end of the course delegates will be familiar with the layout of the keyboard and able to touch-type. They will also understand the basic principles of document layout.

Requirements
No previous keyboard experience is necessary for this course.

Contents
Learn all of the keys on the keyboard without looking
Obtain a speed of approx. 15-20 words per minute
