	Kathryn Cornish Kathryn has nearly 20 years experience of designing and presenting training courses in a wide range of subjects; from assertiveness and chairing meetings to secretarial development and telephone/time management skills. She has been with us at Alpha Training for more than seven years and helps us to shape our whole Personal and Management Development training programme. Kathryn is also a Chartered Fellow CIPD, and Apporved CIPD Tutor and a Myers Briggs practitioner. Kathryn has recently taken up running, which she hopes will enable her to eat more cake.
	Cindy Coombes Cindy has more than eight years experience delivering a broad range of training to bring about positive change in the workplace. Her approach is holistic, ensuring that all elements of the business are fit for purpose. She has experience in both the public and private sector and excels in designing individual programmes specific to the client's needs. Her course subjects include Conflict Resolution, Assertiveness, Communication, Customer Care and Diversity. Cindy is originally from South Africa and is experienced in working with people from diverse backgrounds and levels. When she isn't putting Alpha Training clients through their paces Cindy puts oil to canvas while listening to Bob Dylan.
	Gladys Irving Gladys has worked with both the private and public sector at all levels; from Senior Board level to junior management and trained in management development with involvement in tutoring Management Qualifications plus Personal Development, Managing Conflict and Assertiveness Training using the Transactional Analysis Model and NLP. During eighteen years of consultancy as well as delivering one to one Coaching from Executive Level to Performance Management Level, Gladys has been extensively involved in setting up and running Focus Groups and facilitating on both team development and team building courses. Her dark secret is that along with the rest of the family she is a passionate supporter of Toon Army (Newcastle United to the uninitiated).
	Marion Giles Marion draws on over 30 years comprehensive experience in central and local government sectors. She has a dual skills background; in IT and personal and management development skills. She focuses on training which involves communication skills, e.g. interpersonal, influencing, assertiveness, time management, presentations, appraisal and customer care. She also specializes in writing skills and offers business writing, correspondence, minute taking, writing reports and preparing CVs. She also provides blended training where she mixes IT and soft skills: writing with word processing; presentations with PowerPoint and numeracy with Excel. She is also a qualified NVQ assessor and can deliver aptitude testing.
	Peter Newman-Legros Peter has more than 20 years experience as a learning and development professional and coach. He has designed, developed and delivered learning programmes ranging from accredited learning to pre-Investors in People, induction pre-retirement to IT support. Peter is originally from Germany and is now based in France so enjoys an 80 minute commute on Eurostar!
