Alpha Training Terms

Bookings
To make a booking, please call our course administrators on 020 8658 6994. Once your course is arranged, you will receive a booking confirmation. You should check the details carefully, sign and return the form within three working days.

Fees
Course fees include training and materials as appropriate to the course. Half day courses fees are 75% of full day fees. Please call us to discuss fees for offsite training and course development. All fees exclude VAT..

Discounts
Discounts are available for long term contracts, multiple bookings, and for non profit making organisations. Please contact us for more details.

Expenses
Travel outside the M25 area will be charged at 40p per mile or standard second class rail fare. Overnight accommodation and meals will only be charged with prior agreement.

Payment
An invoice will be issued on completion of the course. Full payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late payment
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 21 days prior to the start of the course. Otherwise Alpha Training reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, based on the full course fee, of 50% with 15-21 days notice, and 100% with 0-14 days notice.

Onsite training
A training room should be provided that is free from interruption, with whiteboard, flipchart and marker pens as a minimum. For Information Technology training, one PC with preloaded software should also be provided for each delegate, and a printer.

Client’s responsibility
It is the client's responsibility, having referred to the relevant course outlines, to ensure that the course is suitable for the delegate's requirements. Alpha Training accepts no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet the client's requirements or the delegate's requirements.

Course materials
It is acknowledged that all course materials provided by Alpha Training are copyright and may not be copied or distributed unless expressly agreed in writing by Alpha Training.
