Alpha Training Terms

Bookings
To make a booking, please call our course administrators on 020 8658 6994. Once your course is arranged, you will receive a booking confirmation. You should check the details carefully, sign and return the form within three working days.

Fees
Please call us to confirm exact course fees. The fee will depend on the price band, which appears on the course outline, and the number of delegates attending the course. Course fees include instruction and training materials as appropriate to the course.

Discounts
Discounts are available for long term contracts, multiple bookings, and for charitable organisations. Please contact us for more details.

Expenses
Travel outside the M25 area will be charged at 35p per mile or standard second class rail fare. Overnight accommodation and meals will only be charged with prior agreement.

Payment
An invoice will be issued on completion of the course. Full payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice date. If any payment due to Alpha Training is in arrears for more than 30 days, Alpha Training may charge interest on a day to day basis at the rate of four percent above NatWest Bank base rate in force from time to time, from the due date of payment until the date of receipt.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to the start of the course. Otherwise Alpha Training reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, based on the full course fee, of 50% with 6-10 days notice, and 100% with 0-5 days notice.

Client’s responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility, having referred to the relevant course outlines, to ensure that the course is suitable for the delegate’s requirements. Alpha Training accepts no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet the client’s requirements or the delegate’s requirements.

Course materials
It is acknowledged that all course materials provided by Alpha Training are copyright and may not be copied or distributed unless expressly agreed in writing by Alpha Training.
