Started in 1987, Alpha Training specialises in providing bespoke learning solutions in Information Technology, Leadership and Management, and Personal Effectiveness. We're passionate about helping organisations and their people develop their skills and capability, improve their effectiveness and increase their productivity.

Our people

Alpha Training works with a team of highly skilled, experienced and well qualified learning and development professionals. Anne Harkness FLPI is responsible for our IT curriculum, and Kathryn Cornish FCIPD is responsible for our Leadership and Management, and Personal Effectiveness curriculum. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Quality

Alpha Training is known for providing the highest quality in training delivery, and the best possible service. To ensure excellence in everything we do and the satisfaction of our clients, we always listen to our clients to find out what they need and how we can help them, and we always ask how things could be better.

Customer service

Alpha Training is committed to operating with integrity and commitment and we want you to be delighted with our service. To achieve this we will: be open and honest with you at all times; listen carefully and find the best solution to suit your needs; take individual responsibility to deliver what we promise; communicate clearly and concisely; be positive, efficient and courteous.

Community

Alpha Training believes in doing everything we can to bring out the best in people and make the world a better place. Alpha Training team members regularly get involved in local community events and fund raising activities. Over the years we have raised thousands for Cancer Research UK, and every Christmas we donate to WaterAid. Our MD also volunteers for a local food bank and winter shelter for homeless people.

Environment

Alpha Training is committed to caring for the environment and creating an environmentally friendly workplace. We recognise that our business has an impact on the local, regional, and global environment. We will assess potential environmental risks and their impact to prevent pollution, reduce the amount of waste we generate and recycle our waste, use renewable or recyclable materials where possible, use public transport where possible, use fewer materials and consume less energy.
